I’m Mélissa Loréna Dähler, the founder of Move, Breathe & Connect, and I’m thrilled to invite you on a journey of transformation through yoga. My path began in Zürich, Switzerland, where I was born into a creative family with deep artistic roots. Art and music have always been essential to my life; I still create art and play the piano, finding joy and inspiration in each. However, it was yoga that offered me the stillness I needed to harmonize these passions and cultivate a deeper sense of self.
At 13, I encountered yoga for the first time. What started as curiosity soon grew into a lifelong passion. Over the next decade, I explored various styles—from Vinyasa and Ashtanga to Bikram—seeking a deeper understanding of yoga’s essence. It wasn’t until my teacher training in Bali that I realized yoga was more than just physical postures; it was a holistic practice for the mind, body, and soul.
A pivotal moment came at 24 when I left a successful corporate career to fully commit to yoga. The decision wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. I knew my purpose was to create a space where others could experience the same profound personal growth I had found. Move, Breathe & Connect is the realization of that vision: a sanctuary where we cultivate self-awareness, balance, and inner peace.
Through years of practice, study, and introspection, I’ve built a community that honors the ancient traditions of yoga while embracing modern wellness practices. Our classes, workshops, and private sessions are designed to meet you wherever you are on your journey, offering tools for both physical transformation and spiritual growth.
Yoga, for me, is not just a practice; it’s a way of living with intention, compassion, and authenticity. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
